Invite a friend to Mass - a simple invitation could be life-changing! Follow the promptings of the Holy Spirit to invite a friend or two back to Mass the weekend of September 13 & 14! Whether they’ve been away for a while or just want to explore their faith further, let’s welcome them back with open arms. After each Mass that weekend, stick around for donuts and fellowship!
Starting the weekend of August 16-17, stop by the gathering space and pick up print invitations to share with family and friends who you feel prompted to invite!
Greeters are needed for this weekend as well! We are looking for friendly faces to welcome parishioners and guests to all three Masses. If you are able to arrive for Mass a half hour early, please sign up here, or email Michelle Meyer at mmeyer@saint-max.org.

Ask God to place someone on your heart. Trust that God is already at work.

Pray for that person each day. Ask for the grace to be a gentle and loving presence in their life.

Be present. Reach out. Initiate a conversation, a coffee, a shared moment. Let them know they’re loved.

When the time feels right, invite them to take a next step in faith. For some, that might be an invitation to come to Mass with you on Together Sunday, September 14 — a day set aside for welcoming and community.
Because no matter where someone may be in his or her journey of faith, they are welcome here.
