Transitional Living

Transitional Living assists adults with mental disabilities to live independently. During recovery and this transitional period, these adults learn many skills to help them become self-sufficient.

To assist those moving into independent housing, we provide apartment packs to ease the financial burden of purchasing the many needed items for a new living space. We greatly appreciate the donations our parishioners make to help in this effort!
