marks the beginning of Exodus 90, a challenging 90 day spiritual exercise for men.

Exodus 90 men commit to pray one hour every day, spend at least one hour per week in front of the Blessed Sacrament, make a nightly examin, exercise, and meet weekly for accountability.

To make time for all this strengthening of spirit and body, we fast with the church on Wednesday’s and Friday’s, take quick cold showers, give up alcohol, sugar, snacks, TV, gaming, non-essential internet & phone use, and non essential purchases.

All this for one reason: To break free from what enslaves us and gain the freedom to choose Christ and our families.

It’s time.
