If you are looking to reserve space in our facility, please complete the Scheduling Request Form. You may email the completed form to FacilitiesScheduler@saint-max.org or you may drop it off at the parish office.

If you plan to book a meeting room or use the gathering space, please review our scheduling policy and/or private event policy.
