Ministry of Care
In the spirit of our Patron St. Maximilian Kolbe, we serve
to provide a welcoming arm for the St Max Community. By reaching out in
friendship and compassion to our neighbors, in good times and in times of need,
we strive to make each parishioner feel they are a special part of the St Max
Community.

Lord God, through the intercession of St.
Maximilian Kolbe, help us to be aware of the needs in our community. Strengthen
our gift of hospitality. Give us compassion for the stranger and those who are
feeling unwelcome. Show us how to offer them your compassion. Make us always
willing to share our lives for the benefit of others. Keep us open to our
calling to work in your Ministry of Care. Make us a sign of what the Eucharist
is meant to be: help us become what we receive, the body of Christ – given to
and for one another. Amen
