New this year: Forms are fillable - type required information then print form and return to St. Max office OR email forms to Linda Lippman - VBS forms

Adults & High School youth volunteers are needed to plan and work during Vacation Bible School for approximately 200 children in grades K-4. Vacation Bible School will be held from 9:30 a.m.-12:00 noon (Friday 9:30-12:30) the week of June 24-28, 2013.  Volunteer assistance is needed with crafts, music, storytelling, snacks, games and to guide youth to activity areas. Completion of the Child Protection Orientation and Fingerprinting are required for adults 18 and older before beginning this ministry.  Contact Linda Lippman at 777-4322, ext. 119.

All adults who work with children on a regular basis need to be fingerprinted and attend the new VIRTUS Child Protection Workshop.  Pre-register for a workshop at VIRTUS.  An approval letter must be received by the parish BEFORE volunteer work can begin.  Click the picture above for more information.
